Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristóvão Sousa to make the kick off. After 83 played minutes S O B E R A N O CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Sousa. Fran Guerola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fran Guerola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fran Guerola was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Edward Vanderstraeten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
