In the 20th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darío Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 20th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Darío Friederichs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nibiru X's Adelino Monsalve managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruno Bastos in the 26 minute of the game. In the 27th minute Rodolfo Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darío Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd minute, Bruno Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match, Esteban Salomon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A sloppy throw-in by Adelino Monsalve in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. In the 61st minute of the match, Viriato Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Darío Friederichs saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nibiru X's Juan Antonio Bertrand was substituted for Jose Rojas. Nibiru X made a substitution. Salomón Avendaño replaced Esteban Salomon. Portugal made a substitution. Daniel Pimentel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The Nibiru X supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Portugal's performance. The match ended with a win for Portugal.
