The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Radomil Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Körth in the 5th minute of play forced FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elodio Ghinescu got free with Simon Vogelsang in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernot Poggenborg in the 15th minute of play forced FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Vogelsang was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Radomil Redisz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radomil Redisz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Manuel Tufescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Neffin in the 21st minute of the match. After 21 played minutes TSV Delliehausen got a freekick which was hit by Christian Plate. In the 28th minute Elodio Ghinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Vogelsang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Radomil Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Radomil Redisz might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Vogelsang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Redisz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Redisz in the 33rd minute of play forced TSV Delliehausen's goalkeeper Simon Vogelsang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomil Redisz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Simon Vogelsang made a huge save. Niclas Hölderlin charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niclas Hölderlin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, TSV Delliehausen's Niclas Hölderlin got a free kick in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomil Redisz in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Vogelsang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 42 minutes, Reinhard Krebs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TSV Delliehausen and the FC MCM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Radomil Redisz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MCM's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Redisz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Vogelsang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Tufescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernot Poggenborg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Carlo Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomil Redisz to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radomil Redisz in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Vogelsang saved TSV Delliehausen from getting behind. Simon Vogelsang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elodio Ghinescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a little luck, FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu got control of the ball when Herbert Neffin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Radomil Redisz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TSV Delliehausen's Simon Vogelsang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simon Vogelsang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Redisz in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, FC MCM's Elodio Ghinescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Vogelsang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Simon Vogelsang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Redisz in the 81st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radomil Redisz in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Vogelsang saved TSV Delliehausen from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Bogdan Agusoaei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Vogelsang was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Reinhard Krebs got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to TSV Delliehausen getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Reinhard Krebs hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, FC MCM's Bogdan Agusoaei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Vogelsang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. TSV Delliehausen's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
