With a little luck, TSV Delliehausen's Jörn Funk got control of the ball when Zbyszko Cupial tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jörn Funk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 13 minutes TSV Delliehausen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zbyszko Cupial who took care of the corner kick. Canastro FC's Zbyszko Cupial was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jörn Funk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 21 minutes into the game, Niclas Hölderlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TSV Delliehausen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canastro FC the free kick. Niclas Hölderlin hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Vladimir Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steffen Bähr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TSV Delliehausen were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Canastro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niclas Hölderlin took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Niclas Hölderlin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vladimir Miheev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vladimir Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steffen Bähr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Pedro Silvas short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Jörn Funk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th minute, Canastro FC's Zbyszko Cupial dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Valter Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Staffan Nyberg in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jörn Funk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliver Körth to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladimir Miheev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Neffin in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, TSV Delliehausen's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Silva came free, but Jörn Funk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Sylvester Trapp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Zbyszko Cupial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Funk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If João Pedro Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörn Funk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Staffan Nyberg in the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes TSV Delliehausen got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Wester. Niklas Köhler in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vladimir Miheev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. TSV Delliehausen's Jörn Funk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Silva in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Canastro FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Recife. Canastro FC's Vladimir Miheev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Canastro FC from getting a goal against them. Niklas Köhler might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimir Miheev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklas Köhler ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-1 when João Pedro Silva sped through TSV Delliehausen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jörn Funk. Jörn Funk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staffan Nyberg in the 91st minute of play. Vladimir Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Körth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Canastro FC booed when TSV Delliehausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Neffin didn't get a good kick on the ball. TSV Delliehausen's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
