Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after LIVERPOOL FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Barreto took the corner. Caetano Moreira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Viriato Moura sped through LIVERPOOL FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Qian Ying Lang. Qian Ying Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 13th minute of play. When Viriato Moura came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viriato Moura couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Qian Ying Lang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to LIVERPOOL FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. 张鸿克 hit a great ball. LIVERPOOL FC's Qian Ying Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Qian Ying Lang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Graciano Coutinho. Qian Ying Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Yu Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viriato Moura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Qian Ying Lang having to make a save. Qian Ying Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Miranda in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Svetlan Voynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Graciano Coutinho hit a great ball. LIVERPOOL FC made a substitution. Liviu Rada replaced Ion Dorlea. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jiang Chong Yuan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viriato Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qian Ying Lang saved LIVERPOOL FC from getting behind. LIVERPOOL FC's Qian Ying Lang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save LIVERPOOL FC from getting a goal against them. LIVERPOOL FC's Qian Ying Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 59th minute of play. Felipe Barreto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Qian Ying Lang skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Rada in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Felipe Barreto took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Qian Ying Lang to make any attempt to save it. In the 69th minute, Liviu Rada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. The audience was convinced that Mihnea Iosub's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Amorim was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Mihnea Iosub notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aurel Corlățean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIVERPOOL FC the free kick.
