Australian Youth Academy's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Baggio in the 13th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Roy Baba in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ITAFUT 4EVER's Sebastião Henriques. Sidney Bertassi took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keylor Navas. Keylor Navas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Raphael Fenton hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save ITAFUT 4EVER from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Flavius Postelnicescu got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, Australian Youth Academy's Keylor Navas got control of the ball when Jardel Baggio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fletcher Baba, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Fletcher Baba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Bertassi in the 69th minute of play. Jardel Baggio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Keylor Navas made a huge save.
