Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 2 minutes, Flavio Vittori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zaccheo Andolina scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Nordmark, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Nordmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gianpaolo Mascari made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Blueskatterna's Joachim Bergman. 28 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but André Nordmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrik Löv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 32 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Fagrell came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Nordmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Isaksson took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Björkman made a kick off. After 50 played minutes FC Blueskatterna got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Löv. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Fagrell in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper André Nordmark, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. André Nordmark made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. After 60 minutes FC Blueskatterna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Italy's Zaccheo Andolina to fire away a dangerous shot which André Nordmark despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an all-out effort, Italy's André Nordmark threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zaccheo Andolina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, FC Blueskatterna's Joachim Bergman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. FC Blueskatterna's Östen Wik was substituted for Joachim Bergman. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper André Nordmark, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Nordmark having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siricio Liotta in the 75th minute of play forced FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper André Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Östen Wik made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Peter Björkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. The supporters of Italy booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Wik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Björkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Curto in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper André Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
