Belgium's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Recai Gümüş scored to the left of an out of position Casper Claes, making the score, 1-0. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recai Gümüş in the 19th minute of play. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Tibalt in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belgium's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Blažej Kopačka in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience cheered when Edward Vanderstraeten's long shot passed Blažej Kopačka's right side. It was 1-1, 42 minutes into the match. Blažej Kopačka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Recai Gümüş made a kick off. Belgium's Simon Sabbe suffered a concussion after 53 minutes and had to leave the field. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blažej Kopačka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Královec in the 75th minute of the match. Blažej Kopačka made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Yves Dervaux sent off a good shot on target. Yves Dervaux in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Blažej Kopačka, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yves Dervaux's late challenge caught a Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yves Dervaux helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Tibalt, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Tibalt in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Recai Gümüş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Recai Gümüş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Tibalt came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belgium's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
