After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Kaj Helström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daren Porter in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Daren Porter got a free kick in the 64th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Kaj Helström in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stowe City's Matt Briggs was substituted for Godofredo Hori. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Kaj Helström in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kaj Helström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Kaj Helström made a huge save. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Kaj Helström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Niles Crane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
