Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Dráuzio Moreno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Betão de Medeiros came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cléber Souza came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 43rd minute of the match Arnt Aronsen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Antal Valentin hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arí Paiva made a kick off. With a little luck, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arí Paiva was slow to take the kick. During this time Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Betão de Medeiros was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Maxaranguape - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Robbie Lefevere hit a great ball. Cléber Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 65th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Maxaranguape - FSCMZ got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arí Paiva ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Cléber Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Paiva came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrianinho Sabóia hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Arí Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Hugo Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The Maxaranguape - FSCMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
