During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. 82 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Boncho Vlúchkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
