Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zaccheo Andolina kicked off to start the match. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustinas Gavorskis in the 5th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Sansone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Augustinas Gavorskis managed to get in a good position for a shot. AQUILES's supporters rose to their feet, but Augustinas Gavorskis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Vittori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Augustinas Gavorskis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustinas Gavorskis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 26th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustinas Gavorskis. AQUILES were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Italy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Juninho Juni took the corner. Generoso Elodio made a great header on AQUILES's corner, it was just that Italy's Flavio Vittori managed to reach the ball for a save. Higinio Sansone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siricio Liotta, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustinas Gavorskis in the 37th minute of play. Sigfrido Auletta scored 2-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Sansone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augustinas Gavorskis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Augustinas Gavorskis came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the AQUILES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustinas Gavorskis couldn't finish the play. Higinio Sansone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Sansone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaccheo Andolina went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Higinio Sansone made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sigfrido Auletta sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Sigfrido Auletta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Sansone was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 77th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Sansone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deodato Magliozzi made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Porziano Marchitelli. In the 95th minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Higinio Sansone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Italy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
