The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Casper Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Lluterio went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Luis Galarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Benito Lluterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Nigel Devos got a free kick in the 15th minute. Luis Galarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luis Galarza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Benito Lluterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Galarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Galarza saved Kalatakaya F.C. from getting behind. Amável Falcão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Recep Guftar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Lluterio to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Galarza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Antonello Da Messina hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Luis Galarza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 64 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Edward Vanderstraeten. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Luis Galarza made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Recep Guftar in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. In the 75th minute Amável Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Lluterio in the 77th minute of play. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Aaron Gauargi was substituted for Amável Falcão. After 81 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Giorda. In the 82nd minute, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Siebe Michiels fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Antonello Da Messina hit a great ball. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benito Lluterio's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
