Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stanislaw Koczara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 27th minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Portugal's Felipe Barreto to fire away a dangerous shot which André Courtois despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Viriato Moura scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Courtois, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36thth minute of the game Viriato Moura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Templars FC's André Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viriato Moura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Courtois having to make a save. In the 40th minute Templars FC were awarded a corner. Adelino Marques went to the cornerflag to take it. After 42 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adelino Marques who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Osvaldo Alvarenga managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The audience held their breath when Felipe Barreto in the 46th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the André Courtois's left hand side. Graciano Coutinho hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Stanislaw Koczara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Marques to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Stanislaw Koczara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanislaw Koczara went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Viriato Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Courtois was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 78th minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Templars FC's Joaquin Phoenix was substituted for Benedict Cumberbatch. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Templars FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Portugal's Graciano Coutinho to fire away a dangerous shot which André Courtois despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Graciano Coutinho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of André Courtois, 2-2. In the 88th match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Svanström to maneuver through the defense. With his leg André Courtois managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Portugal's Felipinho Amorim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. André Courtois made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sammut in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
