Hieronim Gniech charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hieronim Gniech the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Germany booed when ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Gniech didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Albin Holweck a yellow card for diving instead. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Iwan Dzierwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■ got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Sidor. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. After 43 minutes of play Germany's Albin Holweck was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 44th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Zula Gollob hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half Germany were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roch Resel made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Dzierwa having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Adrian Dreifuss had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Hieronim Gniech got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hieronim Gniech hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s Iwan Dzierwa got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. In the 64th minute of the game Napoleon Sidor made a throw-in which Bartlomiej Zalipski played forward. 68 minutes into the game, Napoleon Sidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. After 68 played minutes ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■ got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Sidor. ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s Napoleon Sidor got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Napoleon Sidor off the ground. A hard shot by Frank Sachs from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Iwan Dzierwa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Germany's performance. The match ended with a win for Germany.
