Hagen Stößlein received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Hagen Stößlein slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. André Sacramento charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Sacramento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, André Sacramento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hagen Stößlein in the 8th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s Halit Fahri Falcıoğlu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Halit Fahri Falcıoğlu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Halit Fahri Falcıoğlu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Portugal:s goal. Celalettin Uzel had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Felipe Barreto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emin Yağınalp in the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s zone, Felipe Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celalettin Uzel came out of the goal and Felipe Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Celalettin Uzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Mehmet Emin Yağınalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celalettin Uzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celalettin Uzel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Celalettin Uzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Emin Yağınalp in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Ştefan Frunză kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Yasin Yasin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Portugal's Felipe Barreto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.

The wind increased when Mehmet Emin Yağınalp made the kick off in the second half. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Emin Yağınalp in the 52nd minute of play. When Mehmet Emin Yağınalp came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Emin Yağınalp couldn't finish the play. Yasin Yasin took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Emin Yağınalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ☆TC☆ NiCoTiN ☆TC☆'s Cafer Korcan was substituted for Osman Ali Alpsoy. André Sacramento took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 74th minute Ştefan Frunză shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. After 87 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Miranda. Graciano Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kamuran İnanır scored 7-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ştefan Frunză stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ştefan Frunză tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
