Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Bieito in the 11th minute of play. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Resto Casa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Melquiades Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Manny in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Bieito in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match, Hector Bieito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 36th minute, Hector Bieito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 3-0. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 40 minutes, Hector Bieito made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 47 in the game by Hector Bieito from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Unax Cabrerizo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Resto Casa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Unax Cabrerizo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Bieito in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Blackened got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hector Bieito ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. The Blackened fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Blackened's Hector Bieito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Blackened booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrich Stein didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Bieito in the 91st minute of play. Niceto Curcio hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Resto Casa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
