When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Larry Hallam made a kick off. Larry Hallam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Andorra's Nicky Attenborough got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Andorra's goalkeeper Caleb Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horea Boian. Romania's Remus Pincharoen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Darius Greenman in the 60 minute of the game. When Stefan Dobay came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Romania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Dobay couldn't finish the play. Mihnea Stancas short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Caleb Barrett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Larry Hallam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihnea Stanca got free with Caleb Barrett in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Larry Hallam during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Larry Hallam hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Romania's Traian Curuțiu was substituted for Pompiliu Cristian. Andorra's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Stefan Dobay scored to the left of an out of position Caleb Barrett, making the score, 0-2. Andorra made a substitution. Guillem Agulló replaced Larry Hallam. 78 minutes into the match, Guillem Agulló had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurel Crivoi. Romania's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillem Agulló was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Romania's zone, Alex Martinez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurel Crivoi came out of the goal and Alex Martinez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillem Agulló in the 88th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Crivoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Roebuck, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Stefan Dobay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romania's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Dobay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caleb Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romania were furious when Traian Curuțiu was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Romania! Ildefonso Lima placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Romania had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
