Astral Roots Gdynia were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Bombowcy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antoni Motowski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Antoni Motowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eugeniusz Zerde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 44 minutes into the match, Bombowcy's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Zerde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Przemyslaw Cieslak. If Gilbert Kornecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Astral Roots Gdynia booed when Bombowcy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Panasewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Cieslak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugeniusz Zerde. Przemyslaw Cieslak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Panasewicz was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Bombowcy got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Zbydniewski. 56 minutes into the match, Bombowcy's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Ciupierdo came free, but Eugeniusz Zerde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Witwicki in the 58th minute of play forced Bombowcy's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Zerde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Bombowcy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Zbydniewski to maneuver through the defense. Eugeniusz Zerde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Przemyslaw Cieslak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florian Glembin kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Bombowcy got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Kornecki. Eugeniusz Zerde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Przemyslaw Cieslak's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Florian Glembin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 76th playminute. After a rather tough play, Bombowcy's Hieronim Redisz got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Panasewicz in the 88th minute of play forced Astral Roots Gdynia's goalkeeper Oliver Dovina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
