A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Primitivo Cayuela with Luizão Saldanha as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, SCs StarS's Florian Hekman got a free kick in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, SCs StarS's Henk Zijden got a free kick in the 64th minute. Abdelbassir Cestarolli scored 4-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petr Čech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florian Hekman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Cestarolli made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Reynaldo Cestarolli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Reynaldo Cestarolli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jordy Dirks in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Florian Hekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Cestarolli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
