Stamen Tekeliev scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosario Escarza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in LVCVS AVGVSTI's zone, Stamen Tekeliev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosario Escarza came out of the goal and Stamen Tekeliev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the LVCVS AVGVSTI defense, Stamen Tekeliev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosario Escarza. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosario Escarza should have stopped the shot. The Playa Malvín fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Playa Malvín's Stamen Tekeliev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stamen Tekeliev in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosario Escarza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Sandu Mândrilă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Playa Malvín's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandu Mândrilă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosario Escarza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Stamen Tekeliev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Playa Malvín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Rosario Escarza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stamen Tekeliev's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Du Yuan Chao came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Playa Malvín's Vladimiro Marquez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diómedes Sánchez, made in the 37th minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Constantijn De Hond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosario Escarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamen Tekeliev, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamen Tekeliev in the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Playa Malvín's Sandu Mândrilă got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stamen Tekeliev to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stamen Tekeliev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza got control of the ball when Stamen Tekeliev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 53 minutes, Stamen Tekeliev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stamen Tekeliev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Chano in the 59th minute of play. Rosario Escarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamen Tekeliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamen Tekeliev in the 64th minute of the match. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Josu Onez replaced Jabier Igual. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by LVCVS AVGVSTI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sesuldo Roque was slow to take the kick. During this time Playa Malvín's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Sesuldo Roque almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 68th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sesuldo Roque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Rosario Escarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niva Espellosa in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosario Escarza saved LVCVS AVGVSTI from getting behind. In the 76th minute Du Yuan Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Niva Espellosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Zef Zoff got a free kick in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niva Espellosa in the 91st minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Jayaga. 93 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Venancio Olayo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Roberto Teixeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Playa Malvín's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
