An unexpectedly hard shot by Beti Roman in the 11th minute of play forced VILLARREAL UNITED's goalkeeper Baraxil Sarrate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Öman made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nofre Madariaga immediately put the ball in play. 30 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Drago Nair came free, but Baraxil Sarrate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Voicu in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Drago Nair might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baraxil Sarrate. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Drago Nair ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Voicu to make the kick off. Drago Nair blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baraxil Sarrate having to make a save. VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save VILLARREAL UNITED from getting a goal against them. Jens-Ola Åkerström kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Beti Roman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Radiohead Freaks Club booed when VILLARREAL UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llin Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
