In the 14th minute Sanda Cutov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruslan Rúklyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasvan Cristescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Isaac Constancio in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Romania's Vasile Ciumak. Ruslan Rúklyov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sanda Cutov sped through VN BAKITO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruslan Rúklyov. With a little luck, VN BAKITO's Ruslan Rúklyov got control of the ball when Alex Serban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruslan Rúklyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Stinga in the 69th minute of play. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. After 71 minutes VN BAKITO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanda Cutov who took care of the corner kick. The throw-in from Mei Zhi Jun in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Romania's Rasvan Cristescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanda Cutov in the 74th minute of play forced VN BAKITO's goalkeeper Ruslan Rúklyov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruslan Rúklyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Pangratiu in the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Denimir Tzonkov came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes Romania's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blagoy Banovski who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on VN BAKITO's corner Blagoy Banovski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carol Stinga quite easily take care of the ball. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerasim Berberov in the 86th minute of play. Mei Zhi Jun got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Blagoy Banovski. In the 93rd match minute, VN BAKITO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mei Zhi Jun to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match, Anton Stinga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
