With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Assyriska-Syrianska's Per Örtendal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Per Örtendal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Tommy Kahn 30 minutes into the match. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Per Örtendal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Per Örtendal slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Per Örtendal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When Albin Holweck fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Albin Holweck a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Conny Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per Örtendal made a kick off. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Örtendal's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Assyriska-Syrianska's Kasper Telin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Conny Ahlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 60 minutes of play Germany's Albin Holweck was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 60th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match Yngve Walmarsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Malcolm Johnsson made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Yngve Walmarsson however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Örtendal in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Örtendal went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Örtendal in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Assyriska-Syrianska's Ingvar Sandberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. Rutger Grep recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Hedling came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Örtendal in the 83rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Assyriska-Syrianska booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Schwerner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Gustaf Hedling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Assyriska-Syrianska fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 93rd minute Per Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Örtendal in the 94th minute of play. When Per Örtendal came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Assyriska-Syrianska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per Örtendal couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Assyriska-Syrianska had played much better football throughout.
