When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Sean Nabor took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. Teo Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 34th minute of play. Teo Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 36th minute of the match. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Pacorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the last second Teo Pacorro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bartolomeu Dias in the 96thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 97 minutes Inter Miami CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Pimentel who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Pimentel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Teo Pacorro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 99 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomeu Dias. The Inter Miami CF manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Portugal to win.
