Zbigniew Trela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Fodor Daniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karol Ruszkowski was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Karol Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's Zbigniew Trela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 29th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Zbigniew Trela sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Trela recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel. Zbigniew Trela showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 33 minutes in the game, Antal Valentin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Zgierskie Zlewy were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Seyhun Zati took the corner. The corner ended in Seyhun Zati almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. In the 46th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Ruszkowski having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Karol Ruszkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 54th minute. Zbigniew Trela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz in the 60th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zbigniew Trela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Doicaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Zgierskie Zlewy were awarded a corner. Seyhun Zati went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee showed Robert Doicaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th match minute, Zgierskie Zlewy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Doicaru to maneuver through the defense.
