Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zaccheo Andolina got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Green Hell F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Vieri to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Prassov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Hell F.C.'s Fernando Prassov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 4th minute of play. Fernando Prassov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Prassov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 8th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Deodato Magliozzi. Fernando Prassov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of the match. Italy were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Green Hell F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. Christian Vieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Italy's Zaccheo Andolina got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Green Hell F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Christian Vieri made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Green Hell F.C.'s zone, Siricio Liotta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Prassov came out of the goal and Siricio Liotta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute of the match, Sigfrido Auletta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Prassov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Christian Vieri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sigfrido Auletta came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigfrido Auletta couldn't finish the play. Sándor Fenyvessy kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Fernando Prassov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Vieri in the 84th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Vieri struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Hell F.C.. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Adriano Curto put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Prassov. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
