Filiberto Tello scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zygmunt Turok. Llenos de Magia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Zygmunt Turok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Llenos de Magia's Roberto Sugar was substituted for Tobias Izotz. The wind increased when Filiberto Tello made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Llenos de Magia's Filiberto Tello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roberto Sugar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Llenos de Magia booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Pimentel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrico Luciano was slow to take the kick. During this time Llenos de Magia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Enrico Luciano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Acosta in the 78th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zygmunt Turok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graciano Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 81 minutes, Roberto Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llenos de Magia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Sugar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Felix Acosta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-4. Llenos de Magia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
