Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emesto De Pablo made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. A sloppy throw-in by Emesto De Pablo in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Chris Nygaard sped through VALPICA C.F.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodrigo Ramos. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Camara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 45th minute of the match. The VALPICA C.F. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denmark were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Medero Nadal to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Medero Nadal in the 58th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tavio Rienda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Medero Nadal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Rodrigo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikkel Wulff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Ramos came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Olav Graversen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denmark played a much better game than VALPICA C.F. and deserved their victory. The VALPICA C.F. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
