An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Bean in the 26th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denmark were furious when Mathias Ludvigsen was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 30 minutes into the match, Todd Griffiths notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lauras Maslauskas made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Todd Griffiths received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Heavenly Hooters's Leo Bean fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 38 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Todd Griffiths. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lauras Maslauskas hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Griffiths came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Bean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Todd Griffiths had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Todd Griffiths was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Brandon Wright might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brandon Wright ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Leo Bean notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Bean in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Leo Bean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Leo Bean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Todd Griffiths had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Leo Bean sped through Denmark's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. Heavenly Hooters's Jake Grayson was substituted for Jon Elliot. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertram Svenningsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Goldthorpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Bean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Ashley Wiseman. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Griffiths in the 90th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute, Olav Graversen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
