In the 3rdth minute of the game Alejandro Gaspard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxime Durand didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Quimeras Jrs.'s Alejandro Gaspard shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelio Walme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alejandro Gaspard sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Alejandro Gaspard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Alejandro Gaspard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Alejandro Gaspard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejandro Gaspard took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Alejandro Gaspard put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. In the 57th minute Alejandro Gaspard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Gaspard in the 61st minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Patric Maria fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quimeras Jrs.'s protests and gave Patric Maria a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Quimeras Jrs. got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Bertol. Aurelio Walme made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Barbier in the 95th minute.
