Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Indiana Jones made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Jyrki Sillanpää got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indiana Jones in the 9th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Jyrki Sillanpää recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Jyrki Sillanpää showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Venancio Sandaili with Alcides Baros as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet as Indiana Jones kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. If Feliciano Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jyrki Sillanpää. After 45 minutes of play, Portugal's Viriato Moura made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Aguilera was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Fabricio Andrade scored to the left of an out of position Higinio Aguilera, making the score, 2-2. In the 54th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Hijos de Doña Beija made a substitution. Albino Brion replaced Jyrki Sillanpää. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Caetano Moreira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Higinio Aguilera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 59th minute. Venancio Sandaili kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Higinio Aguilera made a huge save. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Brion in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute Indiana Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipinho Amorim in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Higinio Aguilera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Albino Brion sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Luís Fábio Rocha was substituted for Indiana Jones. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Felipinho Amorim took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Higinio Aguilera to make any attempt to save it. Higinio Aguilera came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipinho Amorim. But to his dismay, Felipinho Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. When the final whistle went the supporters of Portugal were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Los Hijos de Doña Beija side.
