La Masia's attentive Roman Súrbakov managed to snatch the ball when Eddie Willis made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Kyle Cox cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, La Masia's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Macdonald came free, but Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddie Willis made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Micah Macdonald. England's Khalid Kennedy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save England from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Borislav Dragostinov made a precise shot to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 39th minute of play. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borislav Dragostinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Borislav Dragostinov to make the kick off. Roman Súrbakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Leighton Davies in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Masia's Roman Súrbakov. 55 minutes into the match, La Masia's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of England booed when La Masia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spas Radichev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Macdonald in the 60th minute of play. Caelan Hayes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borislav Dragostinov in the 63rd minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Borislav Dragostinov managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Masia's supporters rose to their feet, but Borislav Dragostinov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khalid Kennedy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borislav Dragostinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borislav Dragostinov in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Masia's Georgi Pelev got a free kick in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in La Masia's zone, Issac Dawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz came out of the goal and Issac Dawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, La Masia's Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz got control of the ball when Micah Macdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kyle Cox in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz saved La Masia from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Issac Dawson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. In the 92nd minute Brion Valverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leighton Davies hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The England players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
