Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Fabricio Andrade in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Squadra de Pippe's Tiberiu Balint. In the 5th minute Filippo Gigli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's Filippo Gigli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Filippo Gigli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Gigli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Daniel Pimentel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra de Pippe's Bruno Mazzone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Viriato Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Viriato Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Mazzone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The long shot by Emilio Porta in the 29th minute really tested Wilson Amorim's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 30 minutes, Fabricio Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Squadra de Pippe players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fabricio Andrade hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Filippo Gigli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim, 1-0. In the 41st minute, Filippo Gigli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Squadra de Pippe's Bruno Mazzone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 45th minute of play. After 48 minutes of play, Portugal's Viriato Moura made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Mazzone was left in no man's land by his defense there! Squadra de Pippe's Javier Villarreal was substituted for Tiberiu Balint.

Squadra de Pippe's attentive Nicu Ichimescu managed to snatch the ball when Faustino Almeida made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Andrea Di Carlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Squadra de Pippe's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea Di Carlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Barreto took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Mazzone. Bruno Mazzone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Bruno Mazzone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viriato Moura. Squadra de Pippe's Enzo Di Domenico was substituted for Victor Abaurre. Faustino Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Andrea Di Carlo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Squadra de Pippe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. A collision led to Squadra de Pippe getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Andrea Di Carlo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faustino Almeida during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Almeida to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andrea Di Carlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Mazzone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 93rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Bruno Mazzone successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Francesco Andreoli hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. A hard shot 99 in the game by Bartolomeu Dias from a close distance when the talented Bruno Mazzone managed to make a qualified save. Squadra de Pippe's players were relieved. Portugal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
