When Caetano Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Caetano Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. 21 minutes into the game, one of Portugal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Wilfredo Gitano shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Jakes in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Fabian Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Distiratsu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jarana FC's Ismael Guillelmus got a free kick in the 41st minute. Rodolfo Miranda made in the 44th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felipe Barreto however managed to control. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Cordearo to make the kick off. Ismael Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Fabricio Andrade hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Felipe Barreto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Tadeo Distiratsu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Francis Delfín fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jarana FC's protests and gave Francis Delfín a yellow card for diving instead. Francis Delfín kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 61st minute of play. Jarana FC's D.J. 杨义勇 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodolfo Miranda in the 63 minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu. Tadeo Distiratsu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jarana FC's LeBron Puck was substituted for Wilfredo Gitano. In the 70th minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 71st minute of play. Tadeo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 74th minute of the match. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Jarana FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Pimentel took the corner. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 77th minute of play. Tadeo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 78th minute of the match. Daniel Pimentel struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Tadeo Distiratsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipinho Amorim in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Distiratsu saved Jarana FC from getting behind. Tadeo Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 85th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jarana FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by LeBron Puck in the 90th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from LeBron Puck in the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipinho Amorim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeo Distiratsu. That made the score 1-2 in the 93 minute of play. The Portugal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
