Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnout Reekers. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th minute, Bas Tuitert made a precise shot to the right of Agustin Orion. Amboy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Agustin Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 18th minute of the match. Amboy FC's Agustin Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 20th minute of play. Mathijn Doctor made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gustaaf Groeneveldt immediately put the ball in play. Agustin Orion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 24th minute of play. Amboy FC's Linus Fredriksson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gust Ennemans in the 27 minute of the game. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anastasio Hever hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sture Raknes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustin Orion skillfully saved the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer succeeded in the game's 35th minute to get real power on a long shot . Amboy FC's Agustin Orion hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-2! 39 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Agustin Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Agustin Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amboy FC's Roberto Rodriguez was substituted for Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. Amboy FC's Shi Sha Quan was substituted for Ruperto Modestio. Amboy FC's Loco Loco was substituted for Valentin Urdin. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Cornelio Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 66th minute of the match. After 67 minutes Amboy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Kees Mooiweer got a free kick in the 68th minute. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Anastasio Hever hit a great ball. Roberto Rodriguez scored 2-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 82nd minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Agustin Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Agustin Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Agustin Orion made a huge save. Wim Wilmes took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Orion. Agustin Orion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 97th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. Despite being the better team, Netherlands failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
