After 18 minutes Altos Gatos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Italy's Gianpaolo Mascari getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 28th minute of play forced Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper Christian Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Kiliz. Christian Kiliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Kerimhan Özonder got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Shi Qian Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Christian Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Sigfrido Auletta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Kiliz. Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christian Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Qian Peng came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Christian Kiliz came out of the goal and Zaccheo Andolina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faustino Orlo made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dinç Tuncay however managed to control. 66 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's Dinç Tuncay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Faustino Orlo in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Faustino Orlo, made in the 69th minute of the game. After having played for 72 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaccheo Andolina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Christian Kiliz made a huge save. In the 76th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper Christian Kiliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina.
