In the 39th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siebe Michiels to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Wawrzyniec Czerny didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Wit Tarka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wit Tarka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 65 played minutes FC SZAFIRY got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Ranowiecki. FC SZAFIRY made a substitution. Henrik Tidén replaced Klement Ledochowski. A collision led to FC SZAFIRY getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Radoslaw Ranowiecki hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Dantae made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Belgium's Nigel Devos. Belgium's Simon Sabbe got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC SZAFIRY's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Czerny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belgium's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The FC SZAFIRY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgium's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgium.
