Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Brygada RR's Walery Dresik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 4th minute of play. Walery Dresik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Brygada RR's Vlastimir Jovanović got a free kick in the 6th minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Wojtkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Herbert Wojtkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tymoteusz Witek during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walery Dresik having to interfere. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Wojtkiewicz in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Herbert Wojtkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes in the game, Herbert Wojtkiewicz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. After 32nd play minutes Rafal Rudnyak shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Arnout Reekers and just under the crossbar into goal. Walery Dresik came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Rudnyak in the 38th minute of play. Walery Dresik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Meesters, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Bernard Kornaszewski hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Brygada RR's goalkeeper Walery Dresik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Walery Dresik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walery Dresik made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Vlastimir Jovanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Dresik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walery Dresik was a little too slow when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Walery Dresik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 71st minute of play. Lars Meesters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Walery Dresik made a huge save. In the 74th minute David Eikelkamp suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 77 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Vlastimir Jovanović came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlastimir Jovanović in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Witek in the 80th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herbert Wojtkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Brygada RR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Walery Dresik successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Netherlands's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
