Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hias Nüssli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Switzerland's Eric Thomi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fabinho Pereira in the 5 minute of the game. 7 minutes into the game, Fabinho Pereira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hias Nüssli. Fabinho Pereira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Eric Thomi got a free kick in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Rodriguinho de Toledo lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Gaspar in the 23rd minute of play. Rodriguinho de Toledo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Hias Nüssli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eduardo Gaspar's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Gaspar. In the 27th minute, Samuele Kunz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Paulo Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 32 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Timo Siegmund. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabinho Pereira got free with Hias Nüssli in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Pereira in the 37th minute of the match. Rodriguinho de Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. After 43 minutes, Clóvis Nunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C. Reis United and the Switzerland players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Clóvis Nunes.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuele Kunz to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fridolin Neumeister to maneuver through the defense. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match S.C. Reis United got a corner. Switzerland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabinho Pereira ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodriguinho de Toledo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Fabinho Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisinho Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Jacinto Maurer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Urbano having to interfere. Luisinho Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Jacinto Maurer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Paulo Urbano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, S.C. Reis United's Luisinho Trancoso got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Rodrigo von Känel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Paulo Urbano skillfully saved the ball. The S.C. Reis United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
