Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodriguinho de Toledo started the match with the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Clóvis Nunes in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. In the 14th match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Gaspar in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great ball. S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Bertram Svenningsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. João Paulo Urbano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Kenn Skou fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Kenn Skou a yellow card for diving instead. Keld Paulsen had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Fabinho Pereira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Reis United's Fabinho Pereira. But to his dismay, Fabinho Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The S.C. Reis United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denmark were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Mikkel Wulff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. João Paulo Urbano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gualter Cardoso made in the 60th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Clóvis Nunes immediately put the ball in play. Lars Steen struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. João Paulo Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. In the 65th minute, Eduardo Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 79 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho de Toledo came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Urbano having to interfere. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Paulo Urbano was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Clóvis Nunes in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Lars Steen. With his leg João Paulo Urbano managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Denmark's Chris Nygaard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The S.C. Reis United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
