Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Juliusz Zieba made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC GURZUN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Mugur Suşu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. 19 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Mugur Suşu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Alexandru Ghionea got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugur Suşu having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexandru Ghionea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Katona Janos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Iustinian Găină hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juliusz Zieba in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind.

52 minutes into the match, Major Barna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mugur Suşu. FC GURZUN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Juliusz Zieba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Juliusz Zieba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd match minute, FC GURZUN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandru Ghionea to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC GURZUN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Vörös Henrik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC GURZUN's Mugur Suşu did a great save. FC GURZUN's Mihnea Tincu was substituted for Julien Luarasi. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mugur Suşu came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 73rd minute. When Antal Valentin got free in front of the goal in the 76th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mugur Suşu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Hurmuzache in the 82nd minute of play. Nae Hurmuzache's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes, Mihnea Tincu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC GURZUN and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Mihnea Tincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mugur Suşu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 89th minute. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mihnea Tincu hit a great ball. The FC GURZUN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
