Lukasz Solaks short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Vavrinec Holub to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 8 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. After 13 minutes, Valdemar Turecek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the The Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Turecek to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Kvetoslav Janku got a free kick in the 19th minute. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Lukasz Solak notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, The Vikings's Lukasz Solak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute Zula Maziarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Boguslaw Olejasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Vikings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boguslaw Olejasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erik Jilek was the one to do the kick off. Denis Dostal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 54 minutes, Lukasz Solak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Alan Rezek. The audience was convinced that Lukasz Solak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vavrinec Holub was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 70th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Jilek to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Lukasz Solak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Vikings's Tobiasz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Jilek in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Boguslaw Olejasz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Denis Dostal came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Dostal couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Vikings had played much better football throughout.
