Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Portugal booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Jereba 4EVER's Geovani Sanches ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. João Pedro Moreno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. 16 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Maicon Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maicon Trevisan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Enio Terra hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Raí Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovani Sanches in the 37th minute of the match. Geovani Sanches struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jereba 4EVER. Geovani Sanches blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geovani Sanches got free with Wilson Amorim in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Bastos during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geovani Sanches might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovani Sanches ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dito Quirino made a kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Dito Quirino sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. After 57 minutes of play, Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dito Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Enio Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito Quirino took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Maicon Trevisan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolomeu Dias's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Bartolomeu Dias put it in 5-3 from a short distance just to the right of Maicon Trevisan. Dito Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the game, Dito Quirino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Rodolfo Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafinha Cearense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Amorim. Portugal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 95th minute, Bartolomeu Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-4.
