After a rather tough play, Team Xtra personell's Orvar Skager got a free kick in the 7th minute. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Snell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Olsson in the 20th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Team Xtra personell's Marc Lagerberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frans Snell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Frans Snell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Frank Sachs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 40 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frans Snell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Marc Lagerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc Lagerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marc Lagerberg hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. In the 84th minute, Andreas Olsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Björnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
