Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Peletier made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Sharizan Chee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sharizan Chee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 6thth minute of the game Frank Peletier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albirex Niigata FC's Dale Kool was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Frank Peletier put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dale Kool. Camille Baume received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dale Kool tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sharizan Chee might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxime Durand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sharizan Chee ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Remy Dupuy hit a great ball. Albirex Niigata FC's Dale Kool played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 19th minute of play. Per Gross kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Dale Kool tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharizan Chee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Albirex Niigata FC's Sharizan Chee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maxime Durand. That made the score 2-1 after 28 minutes of play. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dale Kool having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remy Dupuy to maneuver through the defense. Dale Kool stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Peletier's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Sharizan Chee's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sharizan Chee helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of France booed when Albirex Niigata FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sharizan Chee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dale Kool showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sharizan Chee stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jean Bombelles made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Albirex Niigata FC's Ong Keng. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharizan Chee in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Dale Kool in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 57 minutes, Remy Dupuy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. France's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remy Dupuy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Dale Kool skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 61st match minute, Albirex Niigata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sharizan Chee to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Albirex Niigata FC booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remy Dupuy didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Sharizan Chee came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per Gross hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, Albirex Niigata FC's Sharizan Chee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 72nd minute, Mujahid Vijiaratnam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Frank Peletier reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dale Kool. The goal made the score 3-2. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sharizan Chee, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of France booed when Albirex Niigata FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Gross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ong Keng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Sharizan Chee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Albirex Niigata FC's Sharizan Chee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 95th match minute, Albirex Niigata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammad Lee to maneuver through the defense.
