An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 21st minute of play forced Kickers United's goalkeeper Cederik Huts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes Kickers United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cederik Huts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Takacs Tibor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cederik Huts. Kickers United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Takacs Tibor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
