Sedat Dürüst started the match with the kick off. Kıvanç Altıncığlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Edip Taner took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. ReD DeeRs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orhan Seyfi Sıratullah in the 11th minute. After taking down the ball on ReD DeeRs's corner Kıvanç Altıncığlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henrich Slany quite easily take care of the ball. Kıvanç Altıncığlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. Orhan Seyfi Sıratullah made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Oğuzhan Tenzil. Fadıl Subutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metod Mlynar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Sedat Dürüst came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Edip Taner. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedat Dürüst in the 29th minute of play. Sedat Dürüst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ReD DeeRs's Fadıl Subutay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metod Mlynar in the 38th minute of play. Slovakia's Metod Mlynar got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orhan Seyfi Sıratullah made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Oğuzhan Tenzil immediately put the ball in play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metod Mlynar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Metod Mlynar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Slovakia booed when ReD DeeRs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Can Toraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Can Toraman kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Metod Mlynar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fadıl Subutay. Metod Mlynar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. ReD DeeRs's Mümtazer Bilkan was substituted for Ahmet Nafiz Ertuna. Metod Mlynar got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Oğuzhan Tenzil fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ReD DeeRs's protests and gave Oğuzhan Tenzil a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, ReD DeeRs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzhan Tenzil to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oğuzhan Tenzil made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mehmet Edip Taner. After 78 played minutes ReD DeeRs got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzhan Tenzil. The corner ended in Pavol Koleno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ReD DeeRs's Fadıl Subutay did a great save. In the 85th minute, Oğuzhan Tenzil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Holub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Slovakia's Pavol Koleno got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Pavol Koleno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
