In the 52nd minute, Camille Baume ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Hanni was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 58th minute King Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jacksonville 67's Oscar Cruz in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rogelio Hanni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Jacksonville 67 fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Jacksonville 67's Oscar Cruz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. France's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
