Dariusz Opat kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when David Nyman came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, Hahay's Korneliusz Weyna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivar Albohm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivar Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Drugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Hahay were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Nyman was the one to do the kick off. Thomas Lövkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thomas Lövkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ivar Albohm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79thth minute of the game Marek Kaider who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 82 minutes, Cezary Domarecki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hahay and the Strömsbro IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Marek Kaider's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Albohm was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Strömsbro IF from getting a goal against them. 98 minutes into the game, Marek Kaider recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivar Albohm. Marek Kaider showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Hahay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
